NBA for Tuesday, 11/16
NBA for Tuesday, 11/16
For today:
PROPS:
Paul George: OVER 8.5 rebounds
The Spurs rebound the ball like I did in 8th grade. I think they rank 24th for rebound rate. George will be all over the court tonight and one plus money spot that sticks out is this rebound prop. With 8.5 the number tonight, he should be good to soar over as he has in 5 of his last 6 games, especially considering its the Spurs, who are also starting a back up center tonight.
Tobias Harris: OVER 19.5 points
Should be an easy hit. With Embiid out, and Harris now back in the groove, we should see a game similar to last Saturday’s when he dropped 32. He’s averaging 21.3 this season and that includes a few hiccups back in October. One of those that just look too easy.
Blake Griffin: OVER 2.5 assists
Griffin starting tonight in the big game and will be feeding the dude below. Griffin has hit this prop 6 of his last 7 games.
Kevin Durant: OVER 30.5 points
I mean its a match up between Durant’s Nets and his old squad tonight. He’s averaging 29.6 PPG 14 games in, and I could see him with an increase in attempts tonight just out of spite. Him and Curry probably will go back and forth all night. Game is projected with the highest total on the board with 222.
…I also like Brooklyn -2.5 tonight.
DFS For tonight:
Top plays:
Kevin Durant ($10300): Revenge game is the narrative with a back and forth battle between him and Steph. I see both very similar in fantasy potential, but I gotta role with the guy with home court advantage.
Paul George ($10200): He’s way due for a breakout game. Always respectable numbers and tonight if Mann is out, we should see an uptick.
On the cheap:
Eric Bledsoe ($5200): Bledsoe has been scoring well over the last week or so, and Mann is GTD. Either way I see his stock up tonight with some extra time.
Furkan Korkmaz ($4600): Uptick in minutes tonight with Embiid, Simmons, Thybylle, and Green on the shelf. He won’t be your biggest star but should hit value and save you some salary for the big dogs.
As always:
· For NBA, I tend to hit the cash/double up options.
· The larger pool single entry double ups hit 4 out of 5 days usually.
· Look for tourneys that pay out 22+% of the entry pool if you go GPP.
