So ya’ll want the Friday 10/22 NBA lowdown?
Happy Friday all! Depending on what cash games you got into, it was close yesterday. I know I cashed in some and missed a couple by one point. Nobody wins every night, but we’ve been pretty darn close.
Lets see what tonight brings.
Porzingis was a dud prop wise last night. Watch him go off tomorrow.
Kristaps Porzingis: O17.5 pts (finished with 11)
For today:
Jayson Tatum: O3.5 assists
Averaged 4.3 per game last regular season, 4.6 in the playoffs, and hit 4 in Boston’s opener on Wednesday. Tatum will be very involved tonight against Toronto.
Don’t forget for DFS:
· For NBA, I tend to hit the cash/double up options.
· The larger pool single entry double ups hit 4 out of 5 days usually.
· Look for tourneys that pay out 22+% of the entry pool if you go GPP.
For tonight’s main slate:
Top plays:
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander ($6700): Houston will have trouble containing him. He’s about to ball out tonight.
Christian Wood ($7100): Expect to see a double-double tonight. He will probably be higher owned.
Domantas Sabonis ($9000): You are going to have to pay for him, but he went ham against the Hornets earlier this week and will have a similar showing tonight against the Wiz.
On the cheap:
Jalen Suggs ($4000): Quietly got a lot of minutes and produced on opening night. Price remained the same so lets see how this goes down tonight.
Spencer Dinwiddie ($5600): He doesn’t really fall in the cheap category, but for what we will get, I think it’s a ton of value. Great matchup and with Beal most likely not playing, Dinwiddie will do us proud.
Sample lineup for the main:
For those on tilt and looking for the 2 game late slate. I’m not a huge fan of this one tonight, but here’s a sample:
By the way.. how’s your PGA looking going into the weekend that I gave out the other day? Looks like we are in good shape right now…
Alright.. we got fights to break down.
Here’s my UFC write up over at Sports Illustrated:
